Quick Overview – My Setup for Electric Road Trips

I present to you my interior and exterior design that transforms my IONIQ 5 into a mobile living space. Here are the key elements that make my adventures particularly enjoyable.

An ingenious platform

I made a custom and multifunctional platform. It allows me to organize the interior space of the car in different configurations. Whether for sleeping, working, cooking or simply driving, all options are possible.

The Wheel

I am passionate about electromobility, and that includes my wheel (EUC for Electric Unicycle). I have a dedicated storage space for it, which allows me to quickly use it or simply put it away to recharge. Visiting a new place on a wheel is often the best moment of my day.

Connecting with Starlink

To stay connected, I use the Starlink system. It allows me to access the Internet from anywhere, which is essential for remote work. Depending on the type of environment I'm in, I deploy the system in two different ways: on the roof of the car or at a certain distance, either on the ground or on a table.

Indoor and outdoor workspace

For working on the computer, I have the option to set up inside the car. I also enjoy working outside when the weather permits. In any case, an important detail is that my espresso machine is never far away.

Power supply via V2L

The power supply from V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) is a major advantage. I can plug in all my devices directly to the car, whether it's for working, keeping my food fresh, cooking, or charging my wheel. In the context of an 'electric' trip, having this capability is practically essential.
